Lilly is the current CEO/Executive Director of the Latino Restaurant Association (LRA). The LRA is a nonprofit organization created to assist, uplift, organize, and unify Latino restaurant owners. Lilly is also the current Immediate Past President of the Latino Food Industry Association and founder of the Sabor Latino Food Industry Trade Show (Sabor Latino). Sabor Latino is based in Los Angeles with locations in Florida, New York & Texas. This episode is full of passion, and Lilly opens up about the characterization of her as an "angry lesbian" and shares why she is up for the challenges that come her way.
